Phase 1 – Exploration and requirements

Conducting open discussion to gather diverse perspectives from parents and caregivers and how the current design proposals. The insights gained can inform decisions and gather support from the local community.

Coffee Morning was held held on the 18th January 9am-10am at the Edward Wilson Primary School in Senior Street, W2 5TL

Phase 2 - School Coffee Morning with parents and carers

Gathering insights and views on the designed proposals from the wider community around the playground. 

The survey will close on Friday 26th April 12pm.

Phase 3 - Reaching out to the wider community

Evaluating all data collected will allow us to assess if the consultation and the information exchange was effective.

Phase 4 - Evaluation of the insights gained

This project aims to improve the current playground, making it a more inclusive and accessible space which encourages an active lifestyle in all children.

An inclusive playground is a recreational space designed to accommodate children of all abilities, ensuring that play structures and activities are accessible to everyone, including those with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges.  We want to foster social inclusion, allowing children from diverse backgrounds and abilities to play together, promoting a sense of community and understanding.
